Continuous professional development is an important part of how we operate at Cladnation.
We understand that knowledge, competence and strong leadership are essential when delivering safe and compliant cladding and façade projects. This is why we continue to invest in qualifications, specialist training and manufacturer-approved accreditations.
Our Managing Director, Matthew Clements, has recently achieved a Level 7 NVQ Diploma in Construction Senior Management and a Level 6 NVQ Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety Practice.
These qualifications strengthen Matthew’s existing experience in construction leadership, site operations, health and safety, risk management and project delivery.
Matthew has also completed the Level 3 Award in the Inspection and Testing of Fire Stopping Installations. This provides further knowledge and practical skills in assessing fire-stopping installations and determining whether they meet the required standards.
Cladnation has also become an approved installer of the James & Taylor Barracuda Brick Slip System following dedicated product and installation training.
These achievements reflect our ongoing commitment to raising standards across the business. Continued learning helps us manage risk more effectively, lead our teams confidently and provide clients with greater assurance throughout every project.
Cladnation is pleased to announce that we are now an approved installer of the James & Taylor Barracuda Brick Slip System.
Members of our team recently completed dedicated installer training with Adam Stevenson and the James & Taylor team. The hands-on session provided a deeper understanding of the system, correct installation methods and recognised best practices.
The Barracuda Brick Slip System provides the appearance of traditional brickwork through an engineered façade solution. It can be particularly valuable on projects where traditional brickwork may not be practical because of technical, structural or site restrictions.
Becoming an approved installer strengthens our ability to offer clients a wider range of cladding and façade solutions. It also supports our commitment to manufacturer-approved training, competent installation and consistent workmanship.
We look forward to working alongside James & Taylor and delivering the Barracuda system across future projects.
Cladnation is pleased to confirm that we have secured another project in the heart of Bristol.
Following the receipt of the official work order, our team began preparing for mobilisation and planning the next stages of delivery.
Construction projects in busy city-centre locations bring their own challenges. Access, deliveries, public safety, coordination with other trades and programme control all need to be carefully managed.
Our experienced site team will approach the project with the same priorities we bring to every scheme: quality workmanship, robust health and safety procedures, professional site management and clear communication with our project partners.
Securing this project represents another positive step in Cladnation’s continued growth, and we look forward to sharing further updates as the work progresses.
